DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a dispositional order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 6, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal from the dispositional order dated April 6, 2021, to also be from an order of fact-finding of the same court dated January 17, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to raising issues concerning the order of fact-finding on the appeal from the order of disposition (see Matter of Kevon G. [Keith G.], 196 A.D.3d 572).
