MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators have filed an agreed motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus and dissolve the temporary stay pursuant to real party's agreement to a severance and abatement of his extra-contractual claims against relators. Accordingly, we DISMISS relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See generally Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
