This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2022CI00994, styled Tuan Thanh Truong and Lieu N. Truong v. SA Structural Repair Solutions, LLC a/k/a Olshan Foundation Solutions, pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Norma Gonzales presiding.

ORDER
PER CURIAM
On November 13, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion to stay a discovery order from the underlying proceeding pending our final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus. This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than December 11, 2023. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
Relator's motion for emergency relief is GRANTED IN PART. The following decretal paragraphs in the trial court's "Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery Responses from Defendant SA Structural Repair Solutions, LLC a/k/a Olshan Foundation Solutions" signed on November 1, 2023, are STAYED pending further order of this court:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that in connection with Plaintiffs' Interrogatory #16, Olshan shall provide to Plaintiffs on or before September 18, 2023 the following information (to the extent any such information was created or gathered at any time from 10/17/2008 through 12/31/2022) related to those same properties if such information is not produced within the materials produced in response to Request for Production #15:
2. the contact person(s) for that address; and
3. the phone number(s) for any such contact person(s).
The remainder of the trial court's order signed on November 1, 2023, including the remaining numerical decretal paragraphs in connection with Interrogatory #16, remains in effect.
