Appeal from the 65 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2013DCM5194) ORDER
Pending before the Court is a motion filed by court-appointed counsel, Patrick Lara, to withdraw as counsel for the Appellant, J.P. The motion is GRANTED.
Therefore, the trial court is ordered to appoint new counsel to represent Appellant, J.P. The trial court shall forward the order of appointment to the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, on or before February 26, 2016. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the order of appointment to this Court on or before March 2, 2016. Appellant's brief is currently due to be filed on or before February 23, 2016, and the case is set for submission on March 29, 2016.
