From the 454th Judicial District Court, Medina County, Texas Trial Court No. 21-09-27336-CV Honorable Robert J. Falkenberg, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

The reporter's record was originally due to be filed on May 15, 2023. On June 12, 2023, the court reporter responsible for preparing the record filed a notification of late record, notifying this court that the reporter's record was not filed because appellant has not provided the reporter a designation of record.
