AND NOW, this 27th day of September, 2005, Rules 1910.16-1, 1910.16-2, 1910.16-3, 1910.16-4, 1910.16-5, 1910.16-6 and 1910.16-7 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are amended as attached hereto.

This order shall be processed in accordance with Pa. R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective four months from the date of this order.
