The clerk's record filed in this appeal does not comply with the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5. Accordingly, we STRIKE the record filed August 7, 2018 and ORDER Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren to file a record that complies with the rule. The record shall be filed no later than September 10, 2018.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren and the parties.
