On August 24, 2016, the real parties in interest filed an agreed motion to reset oral argument, currently set for September 15, 2016, to October 20, 2016. The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the matter is set for formal submission and oral argument before this court on October 20, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
Argument is limited to twenty minutes for each side, with ten minutes for rebuttal for the Relator. If you do not wish to present argument, you must notify this court in writing within seven days of receiving this notice.
