ORDER

LIZA A. RODRIGUEZ, JUSTICE

On October 3, 2023, appellant filed a motion to "re-set" the appellate deadlines in this appeal. The motion demonstrates that the trial court granted in part appellant's motion to modify the judgment and signed an order modifying the judgment, and therefore, the appellate record is due 120 days after the modified judgment was signed. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1; Tex.R.Civ.P. 329b(h); Lane Bank Equip. Co. v. Smith S Equip. Co., Inc., 10 S.W.3d 308, 313 (Tex. 2000).

The motion to re-set appellate deadlines is GRANTED. The clerk's record was filed on August 28, 2023. However, the reporter's record has not been filed. The reporter's record is due on or before November 27, 2023.
