ORDER
This is an accelerated appeal in a parental termination case. By postcard dated July 25, 2018, we notified Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre that the clerk's record was overdue and directed her to file it within ten days. To date, however, the record has not been filed.
This appeal cannot proceed without the clerk's record, which was first due July 20, 2018. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Pitre to file the clerk's record no later than August 16, 2018. We caution Ms. Pitre that failure to comply may result in the Court taking whatever actions it deems necessary to ensure the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
