CALOGERO, C.J., would allow applicant to take the bar examination and, if successful, be admitted thereafter only if and when this court should change the rule after appointing a committee to make recommendation in the regard.
JOHNSON, J., concurs in the denial of this petition but writes separately to say that she is in favor of appointing a committee to study the issue.
