Opinion

No. 05-03-01406-CV.

Opinion Issued October 24, 2003.

Original Proceeding from the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-05413.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, MOSELEY, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering production of certain videotapes. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial judge clearly abused her discretion in ordering production of the videotapes. Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); In re Learjet, Inc., 59 S.W.3d W842, 845-46 (Tex.App.-Texarkana 2001, orig. proceeding). The Court VACATES that portion of its order issued September 29, 2003 staying the trial court's order signed September 2, 2003.
