In the MATTER OF Kenneth James ROSELLINI, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 044871998)
ORDER The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21-231 and DRB 21-232, recommending that Kenneth James Rosellini of Clifton, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1998, be suspended for a period of three months for violating RPC 3.4(c) (knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal), and RPC 8.4(d) (engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having determined that respondent should be required to satisfy the sanctions orders against him in the Doblin matter;
And Kenneth James Rosellini having been Ordered to Show Cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined;
And the Court having determined from its review of the matter that the appropriate quantum of discipline for respondent's unethical conduct is a censure;
And the Court having further determined that respondent satisfy the sanctions orders against him in the Doblin matter; and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Kenneth James Rosellini is censured; and it is further
ORDERED that Kenneth James Rosellini satisfy the sanctions orders against him in Doblin matter; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
