MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is relator's unopposed motion to dismiss mandamus as moot. Relator states that the trial court has vacated the order that was the subject of the petition for writ of mandamus. The Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
