Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2007-CI-00104, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Warren Rogers and Mauri Anne Rogers and In the Interest of B.C.D.R., a Child, pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Gloria Saldana presiding. However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable Barbara Hanson Nellermoe, presiding judge of the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
