This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 6,002, styled Dagoberto Camacho v. Rogelio Rodriguez, Jr., Elsa Alarcon, Ramiro Alarcon, Individually and D/B/A Border Lease Services, Inc., pending in the 49th Judicial District Court, Zapata County, Texas, the Honorable Manuel R. Flores presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
