Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2020CI21886, styled David Ybarra and Andres Hernandez Garcia v. Danielle Robbins and DoorDash, Inc., pending in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez presided over the orders at issue.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On June 30, 2023, Relator Danielle Robbins filed a petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition and record, this court concluded relator was not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, we denied the petition on July 20, 2023.

The opinion issued on July 26, 2023.

On August 16, 2023, relator filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file a motion for rehearing. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.9; TEX. R. APP. P. 49.9. WE GRANT relator's motion for rehearing. Relator's motion for rehearing is due on or before August 18, 2023.

It is so ORDERED.
