ORDER AMENDING MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER OF MARCH 28, 2002
In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(a), the Court finds it necessary to amend line four of the first full paragraph of page five of its Memorandum Decision and Order of March 28, 2002. It presently reads: "As against Simplot, Agricredit is entitled to any payments made by Debtors pursuant to the confirmed plan." The Court hereby amends the language to read as follows: "As against Simplot, Agricredit is not entitled to any payments made by Debtors pursuant to the confirmed plan." This change is consistent with the Court's affirmation of the Bankruptcy Court. This amendment does not affect any filings made after the Court entered the Memorandum Decision and Order on March 28, 2002.
