ORDER

LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge

This matter came before the Court upon motion of the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley Scarborough, L.L.P., for an Order substituting David E. Dukes, James F. Rogers, and Amanda S. Kitts of the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley Scarborough, L.L.P. as attorneys of record for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and allowing E. Raymond Moore and the firm of Murphy Grantland, P.A. to withdraw as counsel for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in this case. E. Raymond Moore and the firm of Murphy Grantland, P.A., consent to this substitution. This motion is granted.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the attorneys of Nelson Mullins Riley Scarborough, L.L.P., are substituted as counsel of record on behalf of Defendant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in this action.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
