Defendants Gary Gordon, James Cady, Clide Sherrod, Delores Williams, Luis Borrell, Edward Carruth, Mike Nanney, Walt Willis and David Ozment move to dismissed the action as to them on the basis of PTO 285. The motion is unopposed.
