STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiffs Peggy Ellett and Tanglea McCain are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter which relate to plaintiffs Peggy Ellett or Tangela McCain. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
