ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT OSCAR CORTES, M.D.'S MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE ANSWER TO AMENDED COMPLAINT
On this day came on to be considered Defendant Oscar Cortes, M.D.'s Motion to Extend Time to File Answer to Amended Complaint. Having considered the Motion to Extend Time to File Answer to Amended Complaint, the Court is of the opinion that this Motion is well-taken and should be granted. It is, therefore,
ORDERED that the Motion to Extend Time to File Answer to Amended Complaint is GRANTED and that Defendant Oscar Cortes, M.D.'s Answer to Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint is ORDERED filed as of the date of this Order.
