MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME


AND NOW COME Plaintiffs, by and through their attorneys, Craig L. Vandergrift and Goldberg, Persky White, P.C., and file this Motion for Extension of Time to file expert reports in the above-captioned cases. The reasons in support of this motion are as follows:

1. Plaintiffs have made diligent and conscientious efforts to secure medical expert reports in support of their claims.

2. Notwithstanding these efforts, plaintiffs have not yet been able to secure such expert reports.

SO ORDERED.
