STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by each plaintiff identified on the attached Exhibit A are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in each plaintiff's respective action. There are no motions pending in this matter that are applicable to the plaintiffs listed on Exhibit A.

2. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
