IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
30854. All claims by Plaintiff, Joan Nell Toney is dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this plaintiff's respective action. There are no motions pending in this matter that are applicable to Joan Nell Toney.
30855. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.
