1. All claims made by each plaintiff identified on the attached Exhibit A are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in each plaintiff's respective action.
2. There are no motions pending in any of these cases. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close each of these cases in its' entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
