STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiffs Geraldine Haglund ( on behalf of the estate of Donna Jean Haglund) and Linda Sutton ( on behalf of the estate of Mary Margaret Hall) are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in these matters. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close these cases in their entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
