STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
1. All claims by plaintiffs William F. Kidd (individually and on behalf of the estate of Judy S. Kidd), Winifred McCoy ( individually and on behalf of the estate of John Edward McCoy, Sr.) and David W. Pauley ( individually and on behalf of the estate of Thelma June Pauley) are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.
2. There are no motions pending in this matter that are applicable to this plaintiff. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:1. All claims by plaintiff Christine Elaine Karantonis, individually and on behalf of the estate of Toney Karantonis Sr., are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.
2. There are no motions pending in this matter that are applicable to this plaintiff. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
