STIPULATION AND ORDER OF PARTIAL DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiffs Milton and Helen Bouldon, Sharon Derleth, Rosemary and Joe Gomez, Theresia Haynes, Frances and Albert Johnson, Bonnie Marx, Mary Lou and John Mohle, Maria Ortiz, Luckey Roland, Samuel and Alicia Vasquez and Scott and Marlina Weirnik are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
