IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiff Elgie B. Moore are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter which relate to plaintiff Elgie B. Moore. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
