STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiff Joan Hill, individually and on behalf of the estate of George Hill, are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
