IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiff Margaret Compos are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter and when approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
