STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
1. All claims by plaintiffs Karen Wheatley-Moss ( individually and on behalf of the estate of Hattie Wheatley), Mable D. Young and Godfrey T. Wheatley, II are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.
2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
