1. All claims by plaintiff Era Denson are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.
2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own cost and attorneys' fees.
