STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiffs Felicia Yascolt ( individually and on behalf of the estate of Michael Yascolt), Marjorie Pinard ( individually and on behalf of the estate of Michael Yascolt), Susan Yascolt and Stanley Yascolt are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
SO ORDERED.
