IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiff Debra Caballero are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants named in this matter.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
