PLAINTIFFS' REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TIME IN WHICH TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT

Plaintiffs in the above-captioned cases hereby respectfully request additional time in which to file their amended complaint as allowed by the Court's Pretrial Order No. 342. Although the Order is dated January 13, 2005, the Order was not posted on CourtWeb until January 19, 2005. See Pretrial Order No. 342 and List of Rulings, attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and 2, respectively. As a result Plaintiffs' counsel were unaware that they would have to draft an amended complaint for twenty-seven plaintiffs until one week before the deadline to send it to the Court.

For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the deadline for filing the consolidated amended complaint referenced in the Court Pretrial Order No. 342 be extended to February 4, 2005.
