JOINT STIPULATATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

WHEREAS, the attorneys representing the above-captioned plaintiffs and the attorneys representing the above-captioned defendant have entered into discussions concerning the potential settlement of these cases and;

WHEREAS, the parties expect to know in the next thirty (30) days whether resolution by settlement is likely;

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED:

1. That the parties request and hereby consent to Court issuing and order granting the above-captioned plaintiffs represented by Herman, Mathis, Casey, Kitchens and Gerel, LLP and extension of time, up until and including August 31, 2005, to provide reports required by this Courts Order of April 27, 2005, also known as PTO 370 ("Lone Pine Order"), with respect to the above-captioned cases which constitutes all cases in which Herman, Mathis, Casey, Kitchens and Gerel, LLP is counsel to the Plaintiff (See Schedule A attached hereto) and where the surname of the first named plaintiff begins with the letter A through I.

2. The parties do not seek any modification of the subsequent deadlines established by PTO 370.
