NOTICE OF UNOPPOSED MOTION


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the attached Declaration of Alan E. Rothman and the accompanying memorandum of law, defendants Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Company LLC (including its unincorporated division, Parke-Davis) (collectively "defendants"), will move this Court, before the Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan, U.S.D.J., at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007, for an order, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(2), granting defendants leave to serve and file answers out of time in the six above-captioned actions. Plaintiffs in each of the six actions do not oppose this motion for entry of such an order.

SO ORDERED.
