Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2019-CI-00620, styled Andrew Marvin Stock as Next Friend of Dianna Sue Marable v. Reynolds Energy Transport, LLC, et. al, pending in the 57th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Antonia Arteaga, presiding. The Honorable David Canales signed the order at issue in this original proceeding.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus on March 8, 2022 and an amended petition on March 15, 2022. This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than March 31, 2022. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

It is so ORDERED.
