ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Donald W. Beatty Chief Justice

Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, IT IS ORDERED that Proof of ADR Forms SCADR104A and SCADR107 are amended effective immediately. These amendments confirm that neutrals may use electronic signatures on a proof of ADR.
