MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator Thomas Retzlaff has filed both a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief complaining of Judge Neil Caldwell's alleged failures to rule on a number of motions and requests. We deny both the petition for a writ of mandamus and the emergency motion for temporary relief.
