Before Chief Justice Burns, and Justices Whitehill and Partida-Kipness
Before the Court is the City of Dallas's June 10, 2020 Emergency Motion to Reconsider Dissolving Order of Temporary Injunction, relators' June 12, 2020 response, and the City's June 12, 2020 reply. We GRANT the City of Dallas's motion and DISSOLVE the October 10, 2019 order to the extent that the City may REMOVE the Monument for archival storage pending resolution of the appeal.
