IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Timothy James Taber, Attorney Registration No. 0022624, last known business address in Willoughby, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of May 20, 2005, to wit: failure to surrender his attorney registration card, surrender his Certificate of Admission, and file an affidavit of compliance on or before June 20, 2005.
