IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Gary Franklin Billiter, Attorney Registration No. 0061746, last known business address in Portsmouth, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of October 15, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender his Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before November 15, 2004.
