DISCIPLINARY CASES
It is ordered by this court, sua sponte, that Marvin Robert Plasco, Attorney Registration No. 0018089, last known business address in Willoughby, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of August 3, 2006, to wit: failure to surrender his attorney registration card, failure to surrender his Certificate of Admission, and failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before September 5, 2006.
