ORDER

CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

Before the Court are relator's March 31, 2022 petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for temporary relief. We GRANT the emergency motion, and we STAY the trial court's March 25, 2022 "Summary Rulings on Motion to Modify Protective Order" to the extent the trial court awarded unsupervised possession to real party in interest. The stay shall remain in effect pending resolution of this original proceeding. Real party's supervised possession may continue pursuant to the trial court's March 3, 2021 "Final Protective Order" and July 31, 2021 "Order Modifying Protective Order," or pursuant to any further orders by the trial court.

We request that real party and respondent file a response, if any, to the petition for writ of mandamus by April 7, 2022.
