The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
Furthermore, our stay of the trial court proceedings in cause number PR-2016-00111, styled In re: Estate of Yung Lo Yang, Deceased, pending in the Probate Court of Denton County, Texas, is hereby lifted.
