ORDER


This matter is before the Court upon the motion of Nelda Wells Spears, Travis County Tax Collector, for and on behalf of the Travis County; Texas, Austin Independent School District, City of Austin, Austin Community College, and NW Travis County Road District #3 (hereinafter "Travis County"), requesting that the hearing on the debtor's response in opposition to its application for payment of administrative expenses be continued from January 28, 2003.

Upon review of the motion and of the docket, the Court determined that counsel for Travis County has not satisfied the requirements set forth in LBR 2090-1(b) and LBR 9029-3.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that within 20 days of service of this Order by the Clerk's Office or prior to any appearance, counsel for Travis County SHALL comply with LBR 2090-1(b) and LBR 9029-3.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing on the debtor's response in opposition to Travis County's application for payment of administrative expenses is hereby CONTINUED to March 4, 2003, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom 3, Customs House, 701 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee provided that an appearance has been made as set forth above.
