Opinion

No. 05-06-00956-CV

Opinion Issued July 28, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 303rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DF-06-03829.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks mandamus relief to prevent the trial court from dismissing his divorce petition for want of prosecution. Relator's petition is deficient and he has not shown that he does not have an adequate remedy at law. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3 and 52.7(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8 (a).
